We are delighted to offer a range of exercise classes, suitable for older adults, which help to improve strength and balance. Improved strength and balance is really important for us as we age and can significantly reduce the risk of falling. About one in three people over the age of 65 will experience a fall each year, increasing to one in two for those over 80 years of age.
The classes are open to all and give you the chance to improve your strength and balance in a fun and friendly environment and many of the classes end with a cuppa and the chance to have a good blether and catch up with everyone in the class.
